This technical webinar walks through the steps to start using the Mapbox Navigation SDK in Android and iOS applications. Mobile developers will gain an understanding of how the SDK is packaged and how to start building with it.
In this webinar, we walk through code demonstrations of how to install and use the Mapbox Navigation SDK. We start by deconstructing an iOS implementation using Xcode, going step-by-step to get the SDK running and then trigger a navigation session. We compare this with an Android implementation. We also walk through a simple custom UI for the navigation experience.
Throughout the webinar, we discuss specific features of the SDKs, including what is supported, optional features, and notable differences between the Android and iOS SDKs that developers should be aware of.
