At General Availability, customers using Feedback Agent will incur a charge of $0.02 per feedback item, with data retained only for a limited period. This charge includes access to Feedback Explorer and the Feedback API.

The Feedback Agent is included with the Mapbox Navigation Android SDK for both automotive and mobile app customers. Developers using the Navigation SDK UX Framework (UXF) benefit from predefined UIs to accelerate integration of Feedback Agent. Developers using the Navigation SDK Core Framework can build a custom UI for fine-grained control over the feedback flow.

Feedback reports can be accessed in the Mapbox developer console under the Feedback Explorer tab, or accessed programmatically using the Feedback API.

Feedback Agent uses the same secure feedback pipeline used by Mapbox Contribute. Feedback is first reviewed by AI-powered automation to remove spam and vandalism, and add metadata. All submitted feedback items will then appear in Feedback Explorer. Mapbox teams will address and resolve reports related to Mapbox data such as those for maps, navigation, incidents, closures, and more. Once a report is processed, its status will appear in Explorer, so you can see when your feedback has been handled by Mapbox.

Yes. Feedback Agent does not attach any user-specific IDs to submitted reports. Application developers can optionally store the feedback ID provided by the Feedback SDK to close the feedback loop with their users.
