Girls on the Run helps all girls understand their potential is limitless. Using curriculum infused with physical activity, the program unleashes confidence, and empowers girls to overcome societal obstacles, social pressure, negative thoughts and challenges at home and school.

With over 200 local councils nationwide, and teams represented in even more locations, the organization needed a quick way to help parents and guardians identify the right chapter serving their area.  They wanted to use geolocation or search filters to show the closest council, and leave no question about the area it serves.

After running into development challenges with other mapping solutions, the Mapbox SDK and Mapbox Boundaries allowed Girls on the Run to be up and running with their desired experience within two weeks of launch.
