Victoria focuses on user research and design strategy at Mapbox. She honed her observation skills from a young age in constantly changing environments from Shanghai to along both coasts of the United States and abroad. Accustomed to navigating at the fuzzy intersections between neat categories, Victoria is deeply curious about and empathetic to the broadest population of our users, how physical space affects experiences, and how this informs the digital.
Prior to Mapbox, Victoria worked on organizational and legal design at IDEO and on research and product policy at Facebook. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and English from Dartmouth College and a juris doctorate from Georgetown University. In her free time, you can find her on nature and urban explorations, reading and crafting at home, or on her next travel and culinary adventure.
