Kaitlyn Summerill

Customer success

Kaitlyn works on our Customer Success team, helping Enterprise customers build and launch incredible, custom maps utilizing the full Mapbox stack. She loves solving tough problems, especially when it means a customer gets to do something new and exciting with their maps.

Before joining Mapbox, Kaitlyn was an independent filmmaker working mostly on social justice documentaries and starting a non-profit to provide scholarships to formerly trafficked children. Most recently, Kaitlyn worked at Fitbit where she led a QA Engineering team. In her spare time, you can find Kaitlyn brewing beer and hiking in the Bay Area hills. Kaitlyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Media Production from Florida State University.
