Julie works on customer success, helping our Enterprise customers build and launch beautiful apps with Mapbox. She works closely with the sales, support, and engineering teams to streamline the customer experience and get feedback to our team.

Before she joined Mapbox, Julie owned client retention marketing at Opower, a customer engagement and energy efficiency platform for utility companies. She is a road trip enthusiast and has visited the lower 48 states with the help of many maps. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from American University in Washington, D.C.
