Tokyo, Japan – March 18, 2025 – Geo Exhibition 2025, Japan's premier event for the map and geospatial industries, will open applications for exhibitors on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Organized jointly by Mapbox Japan LLC, MIERUNE Co., Ltd., and Adsol Nissin Co., Ltd., this exhibition offers a platform for organizations in the map and location-based services industries to showcase their products, services, and innovations. Exhibitor applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and will close once the maximum number of participants is reached. Recap of Geo Exhibition 2024
Geo Exhibition 2024, held last year, was an overwhelming success with over 1,000 visitors and 50 exhibitors from a wide range of sectors including IT, surveying, media, construction, and automotive industries. The event saw the recruitment limit reached before the official deadline, further highlighting the event’s significance as a vital meeting point for professionals in the map and geospatial industries. This year’s edition will feature a larger venue and expanded participation, with plans to recruit 65 exhibitors.

Applications for exhibitors open on April 1, 2025, and will be accepted until the application period closes on April 30, 2025, or when the maximum capacity is reached. The exhibit fee for commercial organizations is 150,000 yen (tax included), while non-profit organizations are eligible for free participation. Additionally, there is a 30,000 yen (tax included) presentation fee for commercial organizations.
