Visualize No Malaria, a partnership between Zambia’s Ministry of Health, PATH, MACEPA, and eight technology partners including Mapbox, is using open data and location analytics to work toward a malaria-free country. Thousands of volunteers have worked to map hundreds of thousands of square kilometers of the malaria affected world, transforming how Province and District Health Care Professionals report, visualize, and act on their data, leading to more effective distribution of resources and identification of areas of high need.
