Disable UTFGrid Interaction

By adding the map using gridLayer you can control the default interaction handling of the UTFGrid.

<div id='map' class='dark'></div>

<script>
L.mapbox.accessToken = '<your access token here>';
  var map = L.mapbox.map('map', undefined).setView([35, -82], 3);

  var gridLayer = L.mapbox.gridLayer('examples.map-8ced9urs');
  map.addLayer(L.mapbox.tileLayer('examples.map-8ced9urs'));
  map.addLayer(gridLayer);

  // By not adding the gridControl line below you can control the
  // default interaction in a different way.
  //
  // map.addControl(L.mapbox.gridControl(gridLayer));

  // If you just want to display the map and not worry about managing the
  // interaction in a different way, you could write it like this:
  //
  // var map = L.mapbox.map('map', 'examples.map-8ced9urs', {
  //    gridControl: false
  // });
</script>
to create your own custom map and use it in this example.
